Your Personal Portfolio Manager will take a proactive approach to managing your tenanted properties, acting as the on-call professionals to deal with queries, resolve issues and above all manage and maintain relationships with your tenants. We’ll discuss the level of involvement you want with your properties, and take on as much or as little of the management as you’d like.
Harbour House offers three levels of rental management, ranging from simply finding you the perfect tenant to a full management service for optimum returns.
Fully Managed
As with all our management services, this all-encompassing option is completely tailored to your needs and time constraints.
Your Personal Portfolio Manager will not only take all calls from tenants directly, but take the time to build a strong professional rapport with them; that way, we can guarantee they’ll be delighted with the service they receive. Our reliable network of qualified tradesmen take care of maintenance issues, and the only time we’ll call you is to confirm a payment that is outside of our agreed limits with you as detailed in our agreement.
Whether your property is let privately or through another agent, we’ll manage everything for you from the thorough Check-in Process through to negoitiating any deposit refeunds with the tenant prior to them vacating your property at the end of the tenancy. Your Personal Portfolio Manager will run through a checklist with you prior to tenants moving in to make sure every aspect of the rental process has been covered, and with existing lets - we can even start mid-tenancy.
Rent Collection
If you prefer to handle the day-to-day running of your properties yourself, we can still provide invaluable help in making sure your rents are collected promptly and efficiently, using our up-to-the-minute systems.
Tenant Finding
Finding the perfect tenant can be a nightmare in itself; so why not let us take care of this time-consuming process for you? We can run background and financial checks and even conduct personal interviews to make sure you have total peace of mind. After all, these are your properties, your valuable assets.
