Rather than dealing with a faceless management company, you’ll have your own Personal Portfolio Manager dedicated to the day-to-day management of each of your properties. They’ll arrange weekly cleaning, carry out maintenance and safety checks and even arrange local or worldwide re-location letting agreements. They’ll get to know your properties intimately, building an open and honest relationship with you. And they’ll take care to ensure that, wherever you are in the world, you’ll be able to relax knowing your properties are being managed by someone you trust.
